Wisely was a guest intelligence platform for restaurants, acquired by Olo for $187M in 2021. Stef joined in 2018 as employee number six and built Sentiment, the company's NLP product. Sentiment read guest reviews from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and half a dozen other sources, sorting what mattered by dish, by service, by location.
It grew to $1.1M in annual revenue—about a third of the company's total—and today powers guest intelligence for more than 600 restaurant brands.

TRACER is a coastal-emergency simulator funded by NOAA—physics-based modeling of oil spills, algal blooms, and drifting debris, so response authorities can rehearse before an event arrives. Stef joined as Design Engineer, ran discovery with the authorities, prototyped flows in Figma, and led the full-stack build. Discovery to live MVP took four weeks.
